Architectural Designer

Job Title: Architect (6–10 Years Experience)

Location: Sector 153, Noida

Experience: 6-10years
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Qualification

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university
• COA registration preferred

Experience

• 6-10years of professional experience
• Mandatory experience in Hospitals and 3, 4 & 5-Star Hotel Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings: plans, sections, elevations, working drawings
• Develop 3D models, walkthroughs, and visualizations for design presentations
• Design planning as per NBC, local bye-laws, fire norms, hospital & hospitality standards
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, fire, and interior consultants
• Handle concept design to execution-stage drawings
• Review drawings for accuracy and compliance before site issue
• Support site teams with design clarifications and revisions
• Participate in client meetings and design presentations

Software Skills

• AutoCAD (Mandatory)
• SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max
• Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape (preferred)
• Photoshop (basic knowledge)

Project Knowledge (Must Have)

• Hospital planning (OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, circulation zoning)
• Hotel planning (guest rooms, lobby, banquet, BOH areas)
• Understanding of luxury hotel standards and space optimization

Other Skills

• Strong design sense and technical knowledge
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently
• Time management and deadline-oriented approach
