Duties

• Develop conceptual designs and detailed architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and MicroStation.
• Create precise schematics, construction documents, and presentation materials that clearly communicate design intent.
• Utilize 3D modeling tools like SketchUp, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, and 3ds Max to visualize projects and refine design ideas.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate interior design, mechanical systems, and graphic elements into cohesive solutions.
• Conduct system design analyses and produce drafting plans that adhere to building codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
• Prepare detailed CAD drawings for construction phases, ensuring accuracy and clarity throughout the process.
• Engage in graphic design and 2D animation tasks to enhance project presentations and client proposals.
• Support the development of sustainable design strategies by leveraging expertise in system design and material selection.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and SolidWorks.
• Strong drafting skills with an eye for detail and precision in schematic development.
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
• Ability to translate conceptual ideas into detailed technical drawings and models.
• Experience in interior design, mechanical design, or graphic visualization is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors, and team members.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
