Architectural Engineer - Saudi National

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Architectural Engineer (Saudi National ) to join our growing team. As part of DACO’s commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure and development projects across the Kingdom, the selected candidate will play a key role in managing and supervising architectural works in line with international standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings in alignment with civil, structural, and MEP works.
• Supervise on-site architectural activities to ensure compliance with approved designs and project standards.
• Review material submittals, shop drawings, and finishing samples.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety requirements, and the Saudi Building Code (SBC).
• Monitor construction progress and prepare technical and progress reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of finishing works.
• Support project teams in resolving design and execution challenges.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture.
• Saudi National (Mandatory).
• Active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of SBC and construction standards in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage).
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work across various project locations within the Kingdom.
