Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to lead and oversee various luxury home renovations in the Boston & surrounding suburb areas.

With more than 100 years of combined experience in the design, engineering and construction industries, Holland Development and M. Holland & Sons Construction have managed hundreds of residential and commercial projects.
Duties
- Manage all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, documentation, and construction administration.
- Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp for drafting and design work.
- Prepare detailed schematics and construction documents while ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement best practices in project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills
- Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of drafting techniques and CAD applications.
- Experience in construction processes and project management principles.
- Ability to create detailed schematics and elevations for various architectural projects.
- Familiarity with interior design concepts and mechanical design is advantageous.
- Experience with 2D animation tools can enhance presentation capabilities for client proposals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
