What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with our project managers and principal to deliver high-quality, coordinated drawing sets and contribute to the design process.

Key responsibilities:

• Create technical and schematic drawings using BIM software (AutoCAD Architecture)
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and presentation drawings
• Help develop and refine construction details with guidance from the project manager or principal
• Coordinate and integrate drawings from other consultants (engineers, surveyors, etc.)
• Prepare and process submittals for Building Permits and development approvals with the City of San Diego
• Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Contribute design ideas that help elevate each project
• Apply your understanding of construction methods for both residential and commercial work

What You Bring

• Degree in Architecture
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Architecture (BIM is a must)
• Competent in SketchUp
• Experience with single-family, multi-family, and commercial projects
• Experience working in or around construction
• Experience in development projects is a plus
• Must have experience working in San Diego
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
