Architectural Draftsman

Job Objective:

To prepare, coordinate, and implement architectural drawings and plans in accordance with technical and regulatory standards, with a focus on preparing Property Unit Subdivision plans and ensuring compliance with the requirements of relevant official authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural and execution drawings for residential and commercial projects using approved engineering software.
• Prepare and coordinate Property Unit Subdivision documents in accordance with the General Real Estate Authority and the Real Estate Unit Ownership and Subdivision Law.
• Review drawings to ensure compliance with municipal regulations and the Saudi Building Code.
• Coordinate with other e ngineering disciplines (Structural, Electrical, Mechanical) to ensure design integration.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and working drawings, ensuring timely delivery.
• Assist in updating and revising drawings based on design modifications while maintaining accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and precision in all architectural drawings.

Qualifications:

• Property Unit Subdivision Certificate from the Saudi Real Estate Institute (Mandatory) .
• 2–3 years of experience in architectural drafting or with engineering consultancy offices
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop).
• Good knowledge of municipal regulations and the Saudi Building Code.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
