Architectural Draftsman

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Draftsman to join our design consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate drawings and supporting architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution stage.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural working drawings (plans, sections, elevations)
• Draft interior layout and detailed drawings
• Prepare permit / approval drawings as per local authority norms
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and site team
• Revise drawings based on design and site requirements
• Maintain proper drawing documentation and versions

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge in AutoCAD (2D drafting)
• Basic knowledge of building construction & detailing
• Ability to read and prepare architectural drawings
• Knowledge of Kerala building rules is an advantage
• SketchUp / 3D knowledge is a plus (not mandatory)

Software Knowledge:

• AutoCAD (Mandatory)
• SketchUp (Preferred)
• MS Office (Basic)

Qualification:

• Diploma / ITI in Architectural Draftsman ship / Civil Drafting
• Architecture / Civil background preferred
• Freshers with good drafting knowledge and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
