We are a leading manpower supply company in Dubai, providing skilled technical and engineering professionals to major construction and development projects across the UAE. We are currently seeking a qualified Architectural Draftsman to support one of our clients in ongoing high-rise residential and commercial building projects.

Job Description

The Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with design and site teams, and ensuring that all technical drawings meet project specifications and UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and layouts for high-rise residential and commercial buildings
• Review and update drawings based on design changes and project requirements
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
• Ensure drawings comply with UAE building codes and project specifications
• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings as required
• Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience as an Architectural Draftsman
• Minimum total experience: 8 years
• Strong experience working on high-rise residential and commercial projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and other drafting software is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
