Architectural Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Draftsman to create detailed architectural drawings, 3D renders, and presentation materials using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and related tools. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to translate concepts into accurate technical drawings, coordinate with site teams, and ensure all design documentation is up-to-date and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed CAD/Revit drawings, renders, and layouts for projects.
• Create presentation drawings using Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.
• Prepare shop drawings for specific layouts (e.g., tiling, receptions).
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to align designs.
• Maintain revision control and drawing trackers.
• Identify and help resolve drawing clashes across disciplines.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop (3ds Max & Navisworks a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and conceptual visualization skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and drafting standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• 15 years experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
