Architectural Draftsman (5+ Years UAE Experience Required)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with over 5 years of UAE experience in construction, specializing in high-rise buildings, villas, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings and collaborating with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and shop drawings.
• Develop plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams.
• Ensure drawings comply with UAE building codes and regulations.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
• Assist in project documentation and submissions to authorities.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Proven experience with high-rise buildings, villas, and residential/commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on large-scale or mixed-use developments.
• Knowledge of BIM processes and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
