Architectural Draftsman - AutoCAD and Revit

We are looking for “Architectural Draftsman - AutoCAD and Revit” to join immediately.

Responsibilities (but not limited):

· Proficient in various computer-aided drafting sore programs including

· Analyze current building codes, by-laws and requirements to establish how they affect architectural drawings, and stay up to date on all required and relevant codes

· Coordinate with structural, mechanical and electrical designs and create a way or a method of accurately arranging them to produce building designs that are understandable and feasible

· Acquire and assemble information needed to finish architectural drawings.

· Oversee, organize and inspect the work of draftspersons, technologists, technicians and other relevant team members working on construction projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Degree or diploma in Architecture

· With 3 -5 years’ experience in computer-assisted drawing (CAD) software and Autodesk Revit Architecture

· Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Dubai, UAE

· Outstanding communication skills
