Architectural Draftsperson

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
• Develop detailed construction drawings for execution purposes.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to understand design requirements.
• Modify and revise drawings based on feedback, site changes, and client inputs.
• Prepare as-built drawings after project completion.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building by-laws, standards, and codes.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.
• Assist site teams by providing technical drawing clarifications when required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of architectural construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
• Knowledge of building materials and detailing
• Basic understanding of 3D software (SketchUp/Revit – added advantage)
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Diploma / Degree in Architecture or Civil Drafting
• 1–4 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong skills may apply)
• Experience in residential and interior projects preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
