Architectural Draftsperson

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Civil / Architectural Draughtsman with strong exposure to real estate and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with architects, consultants, and site teams, and ensuring accuracy as per design standards and statutory norms.

What You'll Do:

Prepare detailed architectural and civil drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings.
Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings as per approved designs.
Modify and update drawings based on site requirements, client inputs, and consultant revisions.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams.
Prepare as-built drawings post project completion.
Ensure drawings comply with local building bye-laws, fire norms, and statutory approvals.
Assist in preparation of shop drawings and coordination drawings.
Maintain drawing records, revisions, and document control.
Provide drawing support during tendering, execution, and handover stages.
Resolve drawing-related queries from site and contractors.

What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
Working knowledge of Revit / BIM will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of construction detailing and execution practices.
Knowledge of real estate residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in real estate developers or construction companies.
Exposure to high-rise residential, commercial, or township projects.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple drawings simultaneously.
