Architectural Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Engineer to oversee the finishing and interior works of diverse projects. The role demands hands-on site supervision, strong coordination abilities, and a sharp eye for detail to ensure the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Finishing Works: Manage all finishing phases—from block work to handover- ensuring strict compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate Subcontractors: Monitor daily site activities across multiple trades (masonry, painting, carpentry, MEP, etc.) to maintain progress and meet deadlines.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Implement and uphold safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare and deliver regular project updates, maintaining clear communication with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Resource Management: Plan and allocate workforce, equipment, and materials effectively to optimize cost and schedule performance.
• Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve on-site challenges in collaboration with the project management team.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finishing and interior works, ideally within luxury residential, hospitality, or high-profile commercial projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
• Strong capabilities in project reporting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional finishing quality.

Preferred Background
Priority will be given to candidates with experience at renowned finishing and interior design firms in Egypt, particularly those specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. Professionals with a proven track record in such organizations are strongly encouraged to apply.
