We are seeking a Project Manager to support the end-to-end delivery of fit-out projects in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management, a strong track record in successful project delivery, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive effective communication by liaising with project stakeholders on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of fit-out projects.
- Coordinate and manage project tasks, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
- Ensure smooth project operations by overseeing administrative requirements, including meeting schedules and issuance of Minutes of Meetings.
- Deliver accurate and timely project reporting through agendas, dashboards, and progress updates.
- Develop, monitor, and implement detailed project programs to track milestones and critical paths.
- Oversee the control and management of all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Take ownership of additional responsibilities to guarantee the orderly, efficient, and successful completion of projects.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management or similar
- Construction fit-out background is essential
- 6+ years of experience in the same field
- Advanced knowledge of fit-out Project Management consultancy
- Based in Egypt, or willing to relocate
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent understanding of MS Project software
- Understanding of contract production and implementation (FIDIC or similar)
- Strategic, proactive with a ‘can do’ mindset
- Excellent at multi-tasking, highly organized.
