Operation Follow Up specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Follow Up specialist to manage and organize incoming requirements from external stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up with internal departments. This role is crucial in facilitating smooth communication and ensuring deadlines are met by coordinating the flow of information across teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and organize requirements from external and internal entities and partners.
  • Communicate internally with relevant departments to request and follow up on necessary information or documents.
  • Ensure all deadlines are met by maintaining persistent and professional communication across all levels.
  • Track the progress of requests and provide regular updates to the requesting parties.
  • Maintain organized records of requests, follow-ups, and submissions.
  • Identify and escalate any delays or bottlenecks to the appropriate leadership.
  • Act as a liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams to ensure clarity and efficiency.


Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a coordination, administrative, or cross-functional role.
  • Experience working in large organizations or dealing with external partners is a plus.


Required Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent follow-up capabilities with a persistent, problem-solving mindset.
