Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Operation Follow Up specialist
to manage and organize incoming requirements from external stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up with internal departments. This role is crucial in facilitating smooth communication and ensuring deadlines are met by coordinating the flow of information across teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive and organize requirements from external and internal entities and partners.

Communicate internally with relevant departments to request and follow up on necessary information or documents.

Ensure all deadlines are met by maintaining persistent and professional communication across all levels.

Track the progress of requests and provide regular updates to the requesting parties.

Maintain organized records of requests, follow-ups, and submissions.

Identify and escalate any delays or bottlenecks to the appropriate leadership.

Act as a liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams to ensure clarity and efficiency.
Preferred Experience:

2 years of professional experience
in a coordination, administrative, or cross-functional role.
