Architectural Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Engineer with strong knowledge of UAE authority approval procedures. The ideal candidate must hold a valid SOE card and Dubai Municipality (DM) certification, with proven experience in handling drawings, submissions, and approvals (DM, DDA, Trakhees, Civil Defense, DEWA, etc.).
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review architectural drawings and documents.
• Handle all authority submissions, permits, and approvals.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Architecture / Architectural Engineering.
• Valid SOE card & DM approval.
• 6+ years UAE experience in design and authority coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD / Revit.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
