Architectural Inspector

Job Summary:

The Architectural Site Inspector will be responsible for supervising and inspecting architectural and interior works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role is site-based and involves close coordination with contractors and project teams during construction and fit-out stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect architectural and interior works on site to ensure quality and compliance.
• Monitor finishes, materials, and workmanship.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and samples.
• Identify site issues, prepare snag lists, and follow up on rectification.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Prepare basic site reports and inspection records.
• Support authority inspections and project handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 5+ years site experience in consultancy projects.
• Experience in architectural and interior fit-out works.
• Familiar with UAE / Abu Dhabi regulations.
• Able to read drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and site coordination skills.
