We are looking for an “ Architectural Projects Supervisor" to take part in Şişecam Headquarters in Tuzla / Istanbul. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects and project stakeholders, providing guidance on selecting the right glass solutions for their projects, from the design phase through to material procurement and would have the following qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Interior Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the facade, glass, or building materials industries.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in marketing.
• Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company at national and international events.
• Experienced in managing architectural projects, with a track record in providing glass consultancy and advising architects on material selection.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and able to read and interpret project plans.
• Fluent in English at an advanced level.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Visiting construction sites and offices for domestic and international projects, meeting with architects, façade consultants and solution providers to deliver technical information on product features and performance
• Organizing meetings with project decision-makers and providing technical consultancy services
• Planning and coordinating project visits of the architectural projects team, overseeing their work, and reporting findings and suggestions
• Contributing to process improvement and efficiency projects, conducting trials, and evaluating results
• Contributing technical infrastructure and designing in the development of new glass products and technologies
• Leading the team in charge of recommending glass for architectural projects and providing guidance to ensure the correct use of materials
• Representing the company in national and international architectural events, conferences, and meetings. Developing and managing annual architectural event plan, creating event strategies to reach target audiences
• Analyzing glass consultancy for projects
• Collaborating with the sales department, clients, and the architectural community to foster strong relationships and ensure effective communication
