Architectural Technical / Design Manager

• Lead design reviews, technical drawings (GFC, IFDC), specifications, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes/regulations, authority approvals (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Civil Defence, etc.).
• Coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines to ensure integration (clash avoidance, buildability).
• Oversee value‑engineering opportunities, material selections, design evolution.
• Manage internal architectural/technical team and external design consultants.
• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 10‑15+ years’ experience in UAE/GCC region, with at least 3–5 years in a senior/managerial role.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM workflows.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and authority processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership and coordination skills.
