Join our team as a Architectural Technician (Quality Control)

We are searching for a talented and motivated Architectural Technician to join our dynamic Quality Control team. In this role, you will play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of quality throughout our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of 3d models created by design team to identify and document any discrepancies from the architectural plans and specifications.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining identified issues, including clear descriptions and references.
• Collaborate effectively with design team and client teams to ensure timely rectification of deficiencies.
• Assist with the development and implementation of quality control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / a related field.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in an architectural setting (or internship experience).
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
