QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture,
• Experienced in International projects,
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience working within BIM processes and able to use Revit software,
• Experience in construction drawing, knowledge of materials, able to solve details,
• Analytical thinking skills and strong communication abilities
• Self motivated, team-worker, solution-oriented.
• Fluent in English,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Actively worked in the preparation and development of system details in Working Design projects. Comprehensive knowledge of detail and system drawings of large scale projects with minimum 10 years of experience.
• Able to lead the development of details starting from tender information to site application.
• Acquainted with building exterior shell (facade-roof) materials, proficient in facade composition and shop details, and able to produce necessary system solutions within the scope of roof-facade detail design
• Bear full responsibility of architectural details/system drawings and mock-ups of the entire project including coordination of the project staff.
• Experienced in controlling and coordinating shop drawing projects prepared by subcontractors,
• Bear full responsiblity for issuing the architectural detail projects to client according to the work schedule
• Extensive knowledge about materials, with a passion for continuous research and development.
