Job Purpose
Responsible for translating approved development scopes into architectural design intent, coordinating with external design consultants, and ensuring all architectural outputs align with planning objectives, design guidelines, and stakeholder requirements.

Functional Responsibilities

• Review and interpret approved development scopes and feasibility studies to develop clear architectural design briefs for consultants.

• Coordinate architectural design activities across all project stages, ensuring alignment with master plans, regulatory frameworks, and development principles.

• Oversee external architects and consultants, reviewing submissions, monitoring compliance, and ensuring timely delivery of quality outputs.

• Validate that design deliverables comply with zoning regulations, urban planning standards, and internal frameworks.

• Review concept, schematic, and detailed designs to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to the development vision.

• Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure designs are feasible, integrated, and aligned with project constraints.

• Prepare and submit design documentation for internal and external approvals.

• Maintain a centralized repository of approved designs, standards, and principles for future use.

• Stay informed of global best practices in architecture, sustainability, smart design, and material technologies to enhance design briefs and recommendations.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

Preferred Requirements

• LEED Green Associate or Accredited Professional

• Autodesk Revit Certification
