Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the archival process of the copies & originals of GIU applicants & students in a well-organized form.
- Organizes students and graduates’ records and documents, ensuring their preservation, security, and accessibility - Receive, classify, sort, book keep copies and originals of applicants, students and graduates
- Scanning of originals, photos of applicants and students the update the Student Affairs database
- Supports the Admission office in requesting needed logistics needed for admission / graduation seasons.
- Transfer the originals and the copies of applicants, students and graduates within different archival sections to ensure smooth operation for different sectors within the department
- Organize different archival areas to fit the originals and the copies in the assigned archival area and coordinate with department team members their need for originals and copies and ensure their accessibility whenever needed
- Supports the admission & registrar and graduation team members in their daily operations in tasks including (but not limited to): copying of files & promotional material / attention to department supplies & materials
- Proctor and organizes admission tests and exams as part of the daily operations

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (required).
- Good command of English language — both spoken and written (required).
- 0-1 years of experience in an academic, administrative institutions (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — good team player
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Working Hours:
- 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM
- 5 working days per week (Friday and another off)
