Area Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

The Air Quality O&M Engineer will be responsible for following up the installation, calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting activities of air quality analysers and associated systems. He will ensure accurate, reliable, and continuous operation of air monitoring stations and analysers in compliance with regulatory and QA/QC standards.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in the use of air quality monitoring software and technology.

• Familiarity with state and environmental regulations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and report-writing abilities.

• Experience using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for data analysis.

• Technical certification in air quality monitoring or instrumentation.

• Proven ability to operate and maintain air quality monitoring instruments.

• Knowledge of air pollutants and their impact on health and the environment.

• Strong attention to detail and precision in data collection.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various monitoring sites.

Experience: 3 to 5 years
