Job Description

We are seeking a compitent resources for the position of Area Manager for Microfinance operations in following districts;

Okara , Pakpattan , Bahawalnagar , Bahawalpur , Multan , Muzafargarh , Khanewal , Layyah , Rajanpur , Kasur , Vehari

Job Description:

1. Loans Disbursement Verification

2. Loans Recoveries Visits

3. Recovery Meetings

4. To maintain business quality and transparency

5. BM & CROs monitoring and verification due to any suspicion

6. Portfolio conflict management

7. To ensure policy compliance

8. To ensure OD sheets, Due dates, and Disbursement Target

9. Periodic monitoring to ensure compliance with AML/CFT policy & procedures

10. Team Management & Team Building

11. To ensure accounts regarding disbursement, recoveries
