SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY
The role holder will be responsible to handle an entire region for collections. The role holder will also be responsible for identifying and developing measurement standards for improvement of performance and professional effectiveness of collections team in region.
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities

Develops and implements strategic plans in line with the division’s objectives.

Supports the development of the workforce plan for the division by providing inputs on own department’s workforce forecasts.

Manages and controls the operating framework for the department, provides guidance and support, ensures implementation and review of work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and continuous improvement.

Plans to ensure end goals are met and NCL is maintained/ achieved as per requirement.

Ensures NPA’s of the region are kept at minimum trigger levels.

Overlooks and manages complete overview of Agency Management

Conducts personal visits to high value cases which could not be handled through normal collections channels
Core Responsibilities

Constructively maximizes returns on each pool and focus on lower delivering cuts

Works in close collaboration with Business and support team for speedy Redressal of all issues.

The incumbent will be responsible to work closely with legal counsel, various levels of management on sensitive collection situations

Gathers information about competitor policies and defining suitable collection policy& trigger mechanism for catering to target customer from a regional perspective.
People Management Or Self-Management Responsibilities

Develops a continuous talent pipeline for key roles in the department and provides mentoring for high potential talent in the team.

Monitors and enables the achievement of goals and key performance indicators for direct reports and ensures effective implementation of the performance management process in the department.

Develops talent within the department by providing guidance, ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities to individuals to enable achievement of the defined goals.
Risk And Internal Control Responsibilities

Ensures vendors, in-house staff and processes in the region is compliant from Audit perspective as well as guidelines laid down as per company policy.

Periodically review, identify and take necessary action steps to reduce risks associated with any internal/ external processes.
