Area Sales Executive

Jhansi, India

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the lubricant industry, with a strong ability to develop dealer networks, drive sales growth, and achieve set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and appoint new dealers/distributors for lubricant products in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to maximize sales.
  • Promote and position company’s lubricant products effectively to ensure market penetration.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company guidelines.
  • Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence with management.
  • Ensure timely collection of dealer payments.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in the lubricant industry (mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in lubricant/automotive oils sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
