Sales Executive (NBFC)
Location: Prayagraj
Salary: 15,000 -20,000
Relationship Management & Reporting
1.Provide the best possible customer service by acting as the primary point of contact.
2.Handle customer objections professionally and maintain effective communication.
3.Use various tech tools and communication channels to improve customer engagement.
4.Identify and onboard new channel partners such as DSAs, Connectors, and Associates.
Knowledge, Skills & Functional Competency
1.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual sales targets.
2.Accurately capture customer and case data in prescribed tech-based formats.
3.Maintain knowledge of KYC norms, verification procedures, and product documentation.
4.Perform preliminary assessment of customer eligibility by evaluating documents and addressing customer queries.
5.Follow all operational policies, compliance requirements, and technology-based guidelines.
6.Promote brand awareness and increase product reach among customers and partners.
7.Maintain accurate data for internal reporting and MIS requirements.
Job Specification
1.Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (Commerce preferred).
2.1–2 years of relevant experience in direct or channel sales.
3.Strong problem-solving ability and capability to handle urgent issues.
4.Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
