Job Summary:

The Area Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets within an assigned territory by developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales within the assigned area or territory.
  • Identify new customers and develop long-term business relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Conduct market visits to generate leads and close sales opportunities.
  • Present products/services to potential clients and handle negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or field sales.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives/commissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
