Regional Sales Training Manager

A Sales trainer will work closely with Business and external stakeholders (Channel partners) and influences as well. He/she would diagnose the training requirements of the above stakeholders, would develop the content as necessary and deliver the required modules on Product, Process, Soft Skills and other associated business parameters (schemes etc.).The candidate has to travel extensively across the responsible geographical boundary. He/She would also monitor performance of the team and re-evaluate training requirements on a periodical basis as necessary.
