We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join our team in Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing and mentoring a team, and expanding our market presence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for market expansion.
  • Ensure consistent revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–6 years of proven experience in sales (Finance/Telecom/Fintech preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,879.29 - ₹63,501.06 per month
