Area Sales Manager

An Area Sales Manager leads and motivates a regional sales team to achieve sales targets by developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, managing client relationships, and providing training and feedback to the team. Key responsibilities include setting regional goals, monitoring sales performance, expanding market presence, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Appointing franchises in their assigned area and provide support for the sale and overseeing all the activities of franchises and the staff.
