An Area Sales Manager leads and motivates a regional sales team to achieve sales targets by developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, managing client relationships, and providing training and feedback to the team. Key responsibilities include setting regional goals, monitoring sales performance, expanding market presence, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Appointing franchise to the assigned area, prove support for sale and overseeing all the activities of franchise and their staff.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
