Area Sales Manager

Your Role:

As an Area Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing sales operations in your designated territory, leading a team of Medical Representatives, and driving our mission to enhance healthcare outcomes. If you have 1 to 3 years of experience in same role or you are working as a Sales Representative with a proven sales record and want career progression, this is your opportunity to shine!

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to your territory’s unique needs.
  • Monitor & Analyze: Track sales performance and market trends, providing insights to refine approaches and maximize opportunities.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to promote our product portfolio.
  • Train & Develop: Conduct training sessions for your team to enhance their skills and product knowledge, ensuring they are equipped for success.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in current role, with a strong sales record.
  • 3-4 years as Sales Representative and want to take your career ahead.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving sales success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
