Area Sales Manager

Mablay Beauty | VINCÉ is looking for a driven and experienced Area Sales Manager with a strong background in FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care sales. This field-based role involves leading a sales team, expanding market presence, and fostering strong relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers to drive business growth.

• Manage, train, and provide overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned area.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• Promoting the organization and its products.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors and retailers to grow sales.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
• Able to keep up-to-date with products and competitors.
• It's an outdoor job, and most of his time will be spent in the Field/Market.

Qualifications:

• Business Graduate in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in Cosmetic, FMCG, or Personal Care Products.
