Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations and business growth within the KPK region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic planning, and relationship management skills to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

● Supervise and support sales teams across different territories within KPK.

● Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.

● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

● Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports for management.

● Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product availability.

● Train and motivate sales staff to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

● Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies and pricing structures.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

● Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or related industries.

● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional teams.

● Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Willingness to travel across the assigned region.

● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
