Role Summary
The Area Sales Manager drives sales growth and manages client relationships in the assigned region. The role includes growing wholesale accounts, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence. Daily responsibilities include customer meetings, sales planning, reporting, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the area sales plan
• Lead and support the area sales team
• Visit wholesale clients and maintain strong relationships
• Acquire new wholesale accounts
• Review market demand and competitor pricing
• Prepare quotations and follow up until closing
• Manage client agreements
• Follow up on collections
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Coordinate stock and product availability
• Support new store openings when needed
• Train the team on lighting products
• Resolve customer issues

Required Skills

• Knowledge of lighting products and specifications
• Negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build and keep strong client relationships

• Basic sales and pricing analysis

• Clear communication in Arabic and English

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience in wholesale and retail sales
• Experience in lighting products
• Experience in wholesale channels
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to meet targets and lead a team
• Experience in market analysis and business development
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel within the region
• English language proficiency
• Valid Saudi driving license
