Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets within the assigned geographical area. The Area Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives within the designated area.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns proactively.
  • Conduct regular sales team meetings to communicate targets, strategies, and provide guidance.
  • Train, onboard, and develop new sales team members to ensure consistent performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and maximize business growth.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management.
  • Identify and resolve issues that hinder sales performance, and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and best practices to continuously improve the sales process.
  • Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Shoe & Apparel (retail industry): 3 years (Preferred)
