Manager Responsibilities

Managers are responsible for:

• Achieving Team Sales Plans: Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
• Driving Growth: Successfully manage your team to achieve overall sales goals and foster growth.
• Strategic Planning: Design and implement strategic business plans that expand the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence.
