CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
To direct control and effectively manage a van sales operation of sales areas in his assigned territory to achieve the budgeted volume & margin of products by continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance.
ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor's Degree Sales & Marketing
NON-ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION :
Good verbal and written English skills. Highly numerate and analytical. Computer literate. Driving license.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE :
3 years' experience in FMCG sales management Experience in handling sales teams
COMPETENCIES :
Proficient in team management and leadership. Good Communication and interpersonal skills. Assertive; time-management skills. Displays initiative; can work to targets and deadlines. Sound technical skills to set budgets by area, understand factors that affect margin. Able to analyse and interpret information. Strong problem solver and decision maker. Good knowledge in identifying the training need of his subordinates. Ability to negotiation.
