Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage sales performance, coordinate teams, and ensure smooth execution of brand and distribution strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily business operations of The MARK
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Supervise sales team performance and ensure accountability
• Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and product launches
• Monitor inventory, supply chain, and distribution activities
• Build relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners
• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
• Ensure strong brand presence in the market
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion channels
• Maintain budget control and cost efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 3–7 years of experience in sales, operations, or brand management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Results-driven mindset with problem-solving capability
• Experience in FMCG, skincare, or retail industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
