Area Sales Manager

We are looking for ” AREA SALES MANAGER " for Ankara Region who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Measurement Products, with below qualifications;

What are we looking for;

-Graduated from engineering departments in the fields of Electrical, Electronics, Control, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Chemistry or Physics,

-Minumum 5 years of process equipment knowledge (measurement product and process knowledge will be preferred)

-Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, teamwork oriented, along with the ability to build strong customer relationships.

-Result-oriented, customer-oriented

-Understanding sales performance measurements

-Having a valid driver's license and no travel restrictions

-For male candidates, military service must be completed.

-Good knowledge of written and spoken English

-Residing in Ankara

Responsibilities;

As a Area Sales Manager, Your role in this position is to provide the most appropriate solutions to the customer by following the current investments and projects in the region you are responsible for.

Your key tasks will be to:

Management of our key account portfolio

Communicate regularly with major customers and suggest solutions

Conducting periodic visits to existing customers

Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, understanding and analyzing customer needs

Maintaining existing customers by providing all necessary support on time and building a good relationship

Identifying new potential strategic customers and new opportunities to increase sales and creating an action plan for them

Regular follow up with the customers who have received technical and commercial proposals.

Creating sales plans and presenting them to senior management

Responsible for achieving sales targets and desired KPIs

Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts 

Managing other administrative procedures in sales processes and project management activities as needed

Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences & other marketing events
