Area Sales Manager

Sales background of FMCG or preferably cosmetics industry, area knowledge, Metro major city & rural distribution handling experience, primary & secondary sales handling, credit management

• To meet & handle primary & secondary sales targets, Bifurcation as per area potential, as per SO's contribution, leading & meeting assigned targets as per given time lines.
• Channel wise sales strategies & its execution towards business growth.
• To plan brands positioning, team's development for future as per opportunities
• To hand distribution sales force & entire infrastructure especially warehousing (FIFO, Pallets, Stacking, Cleaning etc.)
• Sales representation in sales meetings
• To take initiative & drive business as per time, situation & business need.
• To lead his team along with business challenges, on job training, guidelines required by team members,
• Trade assets monitoring in trade & its handling with proper record.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
