Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Medical Representatives (MRs).
• Achieve area sales targets and ensure product availability.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Train, guide, and motivate the sales team.

Requirements

• Any Graduate.
• 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (with team handling exposure preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
