Area Sales Manager (ASM) - Lahore

Overview:

A leading FMCG company is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and grow its sales operations in modern trade and wholesale channels. This role requires strong leadership, retail insight, and key account management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations with modern trade and wholesale partners.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and in-store merchandising across key locations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for assigned accounts.
  • Plan orders, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Lead negotiations on trade deals, promotions, and shelf space agreements.
  • Liaise with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) for execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Submit timely sales reports and market feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in Key Accounts / Modern Trade, preferably having experience in edible oil/ghee.
  • Solid understanding of retail/wholesale dynamics and customer relationship management.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
