Job Overview:
SALIDA is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager with a strong background in automobiles and bikes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing regional sales operations, managing the sales team, and driving business growth across the Rawalpindi region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales activities across the assigned area
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
• Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure strong performance
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in automobiles or bikes
• Proven experience in team handling or area management
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented with the ability to drive team performance
• Good understanding of the Rawalpindi market

Preferred:

• Experience working with automobile dealerships or bike showrooms
• Strong network within the regional market
