Area Sales Manager (Dermatology)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Targets: Achieve Primary & Secondary Targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats. Utilize data-driven insights to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, doctors, and partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data and market trends to accurately forecast sales volumes and revenues. Adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget for the assigned region. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Generate accurate and timely sales reports for management review.

Requirements for Hiring:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 05 years of experience in sales management in the dermatology segment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards achieving targets.
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills. Ability to think critically and develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of building rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome challenges and adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software for sales management and reporting.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to travel within the Karachi region as required and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
