Our core focus is on personal finance and credit card sales, supported by structured sales teams and proven operational models. We currently maintain partnerships with some of the largest banks in the UAE, reflecting our strong market reputation and consistent performance.
As part of our regional expansion, we are launching operations in Egypt. The selected candidate will initially manage 2–3 active banking contracts, with the opportunity to expand the portfolio as new agreements are added.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Area Sales Manager to establish and lead our Egypt operations. This role requires building the business from the ground up, including setting up the sales structure, hiring teams, driving revenue, and managing full financial performance.
The Area Sales Manager will act as a profit center head, responsible for revenue generation, cost control, and net profitability, while driving sales across multiple banking partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Setup & Expansion
- Establish and launch the Egypt office in alignment with UAE strategy.
- Build operational processes, reporting structures, and workflows.
- Ensure seamless coordination with UAE headquarters.
2. Sales & Financial Ownership
- Drive sales of personal finance and credit card products across multiple banks.
- Manage relationships with a minimum of four banking partners (as portfolio expands).
- Assign and manage targets per bank, project, and product line.
- Take full ownership of financial performance, including:
- Gross Revenue
- Cost of Revenue
- Gross Profit
- Net Profit
- Operate the Egypt business as a profitable sales channel.
3. Team Structure & Leadership
- Build and manage a structured sales organization:
- 2–3 Team Leaders
- Each Team Leader managing approximately 10 Sales Staff
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Set KPIs and monitor team productivity and results.
4. Training & Development
- Develop and deliver full sales training programs.
- Ensure team readiness in product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
- Utilize company-provided training materials, tools, and systems.
- Travel to UAE when required for training, alignment, and business support.
5. Financial & Cost Management
- Manage full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for Egypt operations.
- Control budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation.
- Ensure sustainable profitability and cost efficiency.
6. Operations & Reporting
- Oversee daily operations of the Egypt office.
- Provide regular reports to the CEO covering:
- Sales performance
- Financial results
- Market insights
- Align local operations with UAE strategy and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in banking or financial services sales.
- Strong experience in personal finance and credit card sales.
- Proven track record in building and managing sales teams.
- Experience handling multiple bank partnerships.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing profitability and costs.
- Willingness to travel to UAE as required.

Pay: E£35,000.00 - E£40,000.00 per month
