Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales revenue and growth targets in the assigned area.
- Drive new client acquisition while ensuring strong client retention and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share.
- Stay updated with pest control industry trends, products, and solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Ensure service quality standards and resolve client complaints effectively.
- Identify, develop, and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to pest control operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage area-level sales budgets and provide accurate reporting of sales activities and achievements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the pest control or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of pest control services, solutions, and industry practices.
- Ability to manage client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Strong business development, networking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area and work on-site.
